Envy and Grace

Bathed in breezy light and crowcall,
beans dwarfed by earthworms
streak yellow and purple
offering pied light
back to the sun.

Handicapped by dearth of chlorophyll,
rootless, less independent,
I offer only words
returned for this brown skin,
but Crow also speaks for me.

This poekmis wonderful, really speaks to my heart as a fellow gardener! I love the rootless part! Just reaped my first harvest of the season, radishes, a few stringbeans, 8 zucchinis and two cukes! let the riot of harvest begin!!

So what do you think?
